+

b* creative is an exciting new non-for-profit initiative focused on bringing people the best of creativity and inspiration from around the globe.

In this issue we have put a special emphasis on eco-friendliness in order to honor Earth Day and to show what some wonderful artists are doing to implement sustainability, eco-friendlines and green creativity into their work.

b creative Issue #4 - The Fight Against Human Trafficking Issue

+

In the 4th issue of our magazine, we have focused the majority of the inspiration around the topic of human trafficking, slavery and the commercial sex trade - with our main feature article being about the Designers Against Child Slavery (DACS) project initiated by John Mark Herskind. With the risk of coming across as a little bit “dark” for the May issue, we believe that there isn’t enough importance placed on the human sex trade topic and that we all need to pay more attention and get involved. If you are an artist who wants to help out and get involved, please feel free to contact John Mark Herskind and Chris Valentine for further information on how to do so via their website http://www.dacsunited.com/

Echo Nites

+

I do regular poster design for a Serbian Event Orgainsation called “Echo Nites”. Here you will find a selection of some posters from the past several months.

First Care

+

This is a recent project I did for a British absence management company. They wanted a redesign of their client case study template, so I designed a template for them in which they could change the colour for each client accordingly, while staying with the same theme (the original is the blue one).

WEEBLY Themes

+

These are several themes that I have submitted for the Weebly Theme Competition. Weebly is a site that provides users with the ability to create their own free websites using the available themes (hosting is also done by Weebly free of charge). Visit http://www.weebly.com/ for more details. The themes I have designed were created with one thought in mind 'make them as universal as possible'. People that use the Weebly service are from all different backgrounds and they create their websites for all different purposes, so I had to make them simple and friendly yet also adaptable to any purpose that the user may require.

VIOLETISH

+

When an up and coming, young fashion designer by the name of Violeta Jovanovic started her fashion label “VIOLETISH”, she wanted a strong, elegant, yet slightly cheeky brand identity. She needed a logo that was fresh and applicable to many forms of creation (not just limited to clothing). Below is the identity I created for her.

Cookie Empire

+

This was done for a mini pitch for a company called Canvas Marketing. Their client, Cookie Empire, a female clothing company, needed a logo and corporate identity design. The brief said that the look had to be elegant, simple, classy and timeless, and no bright and luminous colours were to be used, just earthy tones.
